Shops and Establishment Law (1951) (amended in 2016)

Section 3: The purposes of this law are as follows:

(a) To fix working hours for the workers working in shops and establishments; (b) For the workers to receive rightful wages; (c) To have occupational safety; (d) To protect rights for health.
